Logan Krochalis is an associate at Gearing, Rackner & McGrath, LLP.
Ms. Krochalis comes to the firm with three years experience as a judicial law clerk to two family law judges at the Multnomah County Circuit Court. Her courtroom exposure gives her experience in all areas of family law; her particular focuses include divorce and custody/parenting time litigation, child support issues, restraining orders, and high conflict, multi-faceted cases involving juvenile dependency, criminal charges, domestic abuse, and third-party step-parent and grandparent rights. Her pro bono work includes representing children in high conflict domestic relations cases.
Ms. Krochalis took her academic and professional career West from her hometown in Georgia, completing her undergraduate degree in Philosophy at Colorado College, and then obtaining her J.D. from University of Oregon School of Law in 2013. Between college and law school, Logan volunteered in Dharamsala, India and West Ghana. She endeavors to carry her passion for service and human rights into her family law practice.
Her free time is currently spent playing with Legos and superheroes with her young son. She enjoys gardening in the summer and traveling to see her family.
Ms. Krochalis is admitted to practice law in Oregon and is a member of the Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas County Bar Associations, the Oregon State Bar Family Law Section, the Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners, and the Oregon Women Lawyers Association.
