Erin Morris is an associate at Gearing, Rackner & McGrath, LLP. She has practiced family law exclusively since 2012. Erin has experience in all areas of divorce litigation, including complex asset division, child and spousal support and child custody cases. Erin is a Portland, Oregon native and alumna of St. Mary’s Academy. Erin graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. During her undergraduate coursework, Erin also attended University College Dublin and American University in Washington D.C. as a guest student.
Erin received her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Willamette University College of Law. Before entering private practice, Erin worked as a court-certified law clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice Torts and Employment Litigation Division. Currently, she serves as a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners, and the Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington County Bar Associations. She also regularly offers pro bono services to minor children in high-conflict divorce cases who are in need of independent representation.
